As two people decide to “tie the knot”, they need to realize not everything will be sunshine and flowers.The two people bring different personalities and uniqueness to the relationship. When you have difficulties in your marriage you must realize that you need to continue to work through your problems. The dedication that you show your partner by working through challenges will help you learn from the experience, and will strengthen your relationship.

SInce this is so, we are going to show what top three items every couple needs to use to save their marriage. First, you must restore the commitment of working together. Second, you have to open the channels of communication, and finally, you may need to seek counseling.
The First C: Commitment -
To save your marriage, it’s important that both you and your spouse want to fix your marriage and truely commit to each other that your going to try and work at it. In order to rekindle and recapture what you once had, you must commit. A commitment is not a feeling; it is not an attempt. When you make a commitment, you are saying that you will try the hardest you can to save your marriage.Your commitment is a decision that says that you will make it work no matter what.
The Second C: Communication -
We know you’ve heard this several times before, and we’re here to tell you there is no getting around it. Another thing that’s crucial to saving your marriage is to open the lines of communication. Opening the lines of communication will save your marriage from failing, as many marriages have because they did not open the lines of communication in time. Communication is expressing one’s feelings in a place that you and your partner feel safe and you feel you won’t be judged. To make the communication work, both people need to participate. Communication is not only expressing your feelings to one another without feeling judged. Its hearing what your partner has to say.
The Final C: Counseling
The last thing to save your marriage is to get a counselor to help you work through issues with your partner. The counselor will not take sides, they will act like a middle man, and help you with your relationship. You should use your counselor to help you work through your challenges in your marriage. Your counselor would have experience, so that they would not take sides. You cannot try to understand your partner if you don’t see from their point of view. This is something that the counselor can help you with. The counselor can help you find your own perspective on the relationship and whats going on. When you use these steps, your marriage could be saved.
