How to Have a Great Conversation with Women
You shouldn’t be shocked to discover that the most effective way to learn more about a girl is to ask her questions. Yes, there are lists of idiotic “date questions” out there like, “If you were trapped on a deserted island, what three movies would want to watch for the rest of your life?” Don’t use these. They make you sound desperate and awkward. These will only hurt your chances with the woman.
“Date questions” are the worst, and you should just give up on them. What you want to do is just talk to the girl naturally. Relying on these idiotic questions is just something that men use to help them feel better when they are anxious or nervous about talking to the girl. Using a bunch of scripted questions will only hinder any real connection between you and the woman.Stop thinking so much and just be present of what is going on in the moment with you and her. Notice how she reacts and behaves toward things that happen and actually start to take an interest in her experience and feels and you’ll never run out of things to talk about.
Too many men also just ask questions that can be answered with a “yes” or a “no”. If you do this kind of thing, stop it. This will make you seem weird like you’re a reporter interviewing her.
Are you from around here? – Yes.
Do you work in the city? – Yep.
Do you like animals? – Nope.
Do all these dumb questions bother you? – Yep.
Instead, ask questions that require an explanation and make her put some of herself out there.
What do you think about the XYZ District of town? – Oh! I love that place! In fact, I just got an apartment there!
Really? What’s the best thing about that neighborhood? – These’s just so much history in that place! It never gets boring. blah blah blah.
This isn’t anything tough.
Ask the girl about her life and other experiences. Try to really see things from her point of view and how she feels. Keep taking things deeper by asking the girl things like “how did you feel when that happened?” or “What was XXX like?” Also watch her reactions and behaviors when she talks about things. Ask her questions like “You seemed a little unsure when you were talking about your job. Is there something wrong at work?” This can even lead to the girl discovering things about herself that she didn’t even know herself.
After you do this a little bit, it may begin to feel that the two of you are completely separated from the rest of the world in your own private bubble.You can be in the noisiest club out there, but it will seem like you have her all to yourself.
Now isn’t that a huge improvement from just barely “surviving” the date by asking “What’s your favorite kind of movie?”
So, please leave the lame questions to those online surveys your friends send you. Simply come into the interaction completely and allow things just take root on their own. Ask questions to the girl and start to really get an understanding about her life. Go ahead and ask her anything, as long as you actually care about her answer.
